Meet Chandler from the Class of 2016

I am super excited to introduce Chandler from Medway High school to all of you. She is one of Eileen Nelson Photography's senior rep's for the Class of 2016.
She is one unique you lady. She is extremely confident and outgoing who wants to be a sign language interpreter when she goes to college. How cool is that?
She loves hanging out with her friends and is the captain of the cheerleading team at Medway High. In her spare time she competes in fitness competitions. Chandler describes her self as an individual who is  respectful, outgoing and enthusiastic.

Thank you for your service

My last wedding of the 2014 season was with a very cute couple who came home to get married in Massachusetts. They were only home for a whirlwind of a weekend. The groom was in the military and stationed in Georgia and was only allowed a short weekend leave and the bride was a southern gal from Georgia.
Thank you for your service Chris!
We celebrated at The Chateau restaurant in Waltham, Ma. and  Music Matters was the   DJ for the celebration.

Erin and Ben's Fall Wedding

Erin and Ben were married at St. Johns the Evangelist Church in Hopkinton, Ma.  It was a really chilly November day, but that didn't keep them from braving the outdoors.
They met from mutual friends and just love being together as a family and acting "goofy".  We stopped at Hopkinton Commons and took some photos there to re play the surprise proposal. They were looking forward to spending their honeymoon at Disney World!

No New Year's resolutions in 2014!!

January 2, 2014

2014 is going to be different for me this year, no resolutions or diets. I will be the first to admit that they don’t work and they are hard to commit to as well.

I decided to pick one word to use as a guide throughout the year. I know what you’re thinking…how can you pick just one word? So, what does that mean? I will use this word in all aspects of my live, personally, professionally and as a business owner as a focal point to keep me on track and focused no matter what I am doing.

The word that I chose is   persevere.  For those who don’t know the meaning, here it is;  “ to persist in anything undertaken; maintain a purpose in spite of difficulty, obstacles, or discouragement, continue steadfastly or “to bolster, sustain, or uphold”.

I am excited to start this year off differently and hope that I will have many new beginnings in all aspects of my life. I am thrilled that my business has grown and I appreciate all of the referrals and kind words that people say when my name is mentioned. My children are developing into mature teenagers and young adults and they make me strive daily for perseverance as a parent J

Here is to persevering in 2014!!

Ringing in 2014!

As I sit here waiting to watch the "ball drop" and 2014 to start. I also wait for the phone to ring so that I can pick up my son and his friends after a night of celebrating. I wonder what will 2014 bring to my family, myself and my business. I hope that it will be prosperous with many new formed relationships, laughs  and good health for all.
Have a happy and safe 2014 everyone!

Small School - Big Family

Part of running a successful business is giving back to the community I live in. I am always happy to donate to the Clyde F. Brown Home and School Association Auction that they organize every two years.  The Lauria family were the lucky recipients this year. I was able to spend some time with the family  a few weeks ago and here are some of the pictures.

Family pictures with a adorable little guy, a really big dog and a surprise!

I love surprises....especially these special moments!!! This little guy and his dog are the best of buddies, laying and watching TV together and always being one step behind him to make sure he is safe in his exploring. Animals are such a big part of my life and I love to see the same in other peoples lives. It was a given that family pictures would include her. I was so happy to add these pictures to my portfolio, thanks Anne for the opportunity.

Senior pictures with Abby in West Yarmouth, Ma.

Who doesn't love Cape Cod? I had a great time a few weeks ago taking Abby's senior pictures in a spot that is really important to both of us. We spent the time in West Yarmouth. It is such a beautiful spot in so many ways. As you can tell, Abby was very relaxed in front of the camera and we had lots of fun!

Who doesn't love bubbles!!

Recently, I spent a morning with two adorable little girls who loved bubbles! Luckily for me, I had my two assistants with me who helped me with the bubble blowing and the task of keeping them attentive.
